This policy explains what Fairsize: Size Chart & Guide, made by Han-X (“the app”, “we”), does with data when a site owner adds it to a Wix site.

What the app stores

• Your size charts, and the products, categories and brands you assign them to.
• A copy of which chart belongs to which product, so your product pages can show the right chart quickly.

These are stored in your own Wix site, in CMS collections the app creates when you add it. The app runs on Wix’s own hosting. Han-X has no server of its own for this app and does not receive a copy of your charts.

What the app does not collect

• No information about your site visitors or customers. The app does not read orders, contacts or members, and the size chart on your product pages sends nothing to us.
• No payment details. If you choose a paid plan, Wix handles the payment; we receive only Wix’s report of which plan your site is on.

What Wix shares with us

Like every app on the Wix App Market, Wix tells us when the app is added to or removed from a site, and which plan the site is on, together with Wix’s identifier for the site (an instance ID). We use this only to run the app and to answer support requests.

How long data is kept

Your charts stay in your site until you delete them in the app or in your site’s CMS. When you remove the app, the collections it created may remain in your site’s CMS; you can delete them there at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data. We do not use it for advertising.
